Have you heard me tell this astonishing story about a man named Jim?
When Jim was a struggling twenty-six year old man with pennies in his pockets, he met a very wealthy man who began to mentor him.
One day, his mentor said, “Jim, what you have at this moment in your life, you have ATTRACTED by the person you’ve become!” He went on to say “If you don’t have much, perhaps you haven’t become much.”
Deeply offended by this, Jim held up his paycheck in front of this wealthy man and defended himself by saying, “You don’t understand. This is all they pay!”
The mentor replied, “No. This is all they pay you! Don’t they pay others in your company five times this amount?”
Jim said, “Yes.”
His wealthy mentor asked, “If you were to qualify for five times this amount, wouldn’t your paycheck be five times?”
Jim agreed, “Yes, I guess you’re right.”
Then he began to teach him this life-changing philosophy that I want to share with you in this week’s podcast video.
The Bible says, “To whom much is given, much is required.”
You could rephrase this by saying, “Much is REQUIRED in order for MUCH to be GIVEN”. In other words, to have more, you simply must become more.
